Founded in 1994, Fujian Yongfu Power Engineering Co., Ltd., currently has over 1,800 employees, is committed to being an internationally renowned zero carbon power tech company, with the mission of "Making Power Cleaner and Smarter". We focus on the fields e.g.renewable energy, clean energy, energy storage, smart grid, digital & smart energy, providing exceptional power energy solutions, products, and services to create greater values for our clients.

History of Development

1994

Fujian Yongfu Power Engineering Co.,Ltd.was founded.

2008

Corporate governance was restructured, and Yongfu began to operate independently.

2012

Equity restructuring was launched, and the shares held by state-owned enterprise employees were transferred to Yongfu's senior executives and key employees.

2015

Yongfu was progressing shareholding reform and actively advancing IPO.

2017

Yongfu was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Growth Enterprise Market(GEM), making it China's first company specializing in survey and design in the power sector that went public in A-share market.

2019

Yongfu released the corporate mission, "Make Power Cleaner and Smarter".

2022

Yongfu released the business strategy, "One Core, Two Wings".

2025

Yongfu released a new corporate vision "to be an internationally renowned zero carbon power tech company".
